The programme promotes innovation, value addition and commercialization in the spices sector, enabling startups to build scalable and market-ready spice-based products. Grant support will be awarded to three high-potential spice startups, rigorously evaluated and selected by the Incubation Appraisal Committee (IAC). ABIS-TBI acts as the implementing incubator and: Invites and screens applications, Selects startups through IAC evaluation, Provides mentoring and technical guidance, Monitors progress and milestone achievement, Facilitates fund disbursement. Eligibility: Work in spice-based products or technologies, Focus on value addition or processing, Be legally registered in India, Demonstrate innovation and commercial potential.

Startups can access in-house office space, the TBI food packaging laboratory, and TNAU laboratories for product testing and validation.
