India SAFE Notes (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) are specifically designed to be founder-friendly, offering a streamlined investment mechanism that defers complex valuation discussions to a later equity funding round. This structure provides quick capital infusion without immediate valuation complexities, allowing founders to focus entirely on product development and market penetration. Following successful legal compliance and due diligence, and the signing of the iSAFE notes, the investment amount is immediately disbursed directly into the startup's bank account.
