About this subsidy
Telangana's MSME Policy 2024 shares the cost when an enterprise trains its own workforce. A micro, small or medium enterprise that spends on skill upgradation and training of local manpower can claim back 50% of that cost, limited to Rs. 2,000 per person.
It is a one-time facility per person trained, and only local manpower qualifies — the incentive is designed to push MSMEs toward hiring and upskilling within Telangana rather than importing ready-trained labour.
