About Him Palam PM-RKVY Agri Business Incubator (Him Palam RABI)

Him Palam R-ABI is the agri-business incubator run by CSK Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya, the agricultural university at Palampur in Himachal Pradesh, which focuses its teaching and research on hill and mountain agriculture. The incubator sits under the university's research directorate and operates several government-backed incubation streams rather than a single programme: Him Palam RKVY-RAFTAAR Agri Business Incubator, backed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare; the CM Startup Scheme of the Directorate of Industries, Government of Himachal Pradesh; and an Incubation Centre on Fruits, Vegetables and Dairy Processing under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries' PMFME scheme.
