Organized by the Home Department, Government of Gujarat, the hackathon invites innovators to solve real-world public safety challenges by developing scalable, secure, interoperable, and deployment-ready solutions. Participants may include students, researchers, DPIIT startups, industry working professionals, companies, and system integrators. All solutions should use open-source technologies. The challenge involves working with real CCTV footage from active Government infrastructure across five key departments: Health, Police, GSRTC, Panchayat, and Municipal, using 30+ cameras and 12 hours of footage per camera.
