emails and 4,000 email verifications per month, up to 10,000 WhatsApp sessions per month, and 25,000 OTP verification SMS credits per month — whichever channel the startup chooses to activate. In addition to the messaging balance, approved startups get access to MSG91's suite of business tools: Hello (cloud contact centre and ticket management), Segmento (data management and warehouse), Campaign (flow automation), and KnowledgeBase (FAQ software). Credits are refilled each month for six months from the date of first SMS credit addition and are restricted to transactional and verification use cases only — promotional campaigns are not permitted. Access requires association with one of MSG91's listed collaborator incubators or accelerators. Applications are submitted via MSG91's own startup form, and approval is at MSG91's discretion. Hosting providers, developers, consultancy services, educational institutions, and event organisers are excluded.
Balance is refilled monthly for 6 months from first SMS credit addition. Credits are usable across SMS, Email, WhatsApp, or OTP channels in the transactional/SendOTP route only. Unused monthly balance does not roll over.
