prototype to production-grade code. Approved startups choose from three tiers based on team size: Starter (up to 2 users), Growth (up to 10 users), or Scale (up to 30 users). Credits are deposited directly to your AWS account and activate on provisioning, then expire one year after issuance. Eligibility is open to early-stage through Series A VC-backed startups in most countries where AWS billing is available. Applicants need an AWS account, a business email matching the startup's domain, and must not already be enrolled in a separate AWS startup credits programme. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
