About this subsidy
Under the J&K Affordable Slum Housing Development Policy, 2020, developers of housing, slum rehabilitation and township projects get an exemption from the building plan sanction fee to the extent of the EWS and LIG housing provided, measured in terms of the FAR/FSI used over and above the mandatory reservations.
