About this subsidy
Clause 7.13(a) of the Arunachal Pradesh Industrial Development and Investment Policy, 2025 reimburses 60% of the cost of moving finished goods from Arunachal Pradesh up to the international port (air or sea) within the country, when those goods are exported to a destination outside India. The reimbursement is capped at Rs 5 lakh per year per unit for a maximum period of five years.
New and existing industrial units both qualify, irrespective of substantial expansion, provided they are registered as export units. It is the state's answer to the long inland haul that sits between a landlocked unit and the nearest port.

What You Get
The state reimburses 60% of what an exporter spends transporting finished goods from Arunachal Pradesh to the international air or sea port within the country, capped at Rs 5 lakh per year per unit and claimable for up to five years. The higher 60% rate — against 50% for domestic air freight under clause 7.12 — reflects the policy's push to get Arunachal-made goods into export markets. The unit must be registered as an export unit.
