About Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Program
Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women is a world-class business education program designed exclusively for women entrepreneurs in partnership with India's most prestigious management institutions including IIM Lucknow EIC. The program provides essential tools, skills, and networks to help scale businesses. It has reached over 200,000 women globally and supported over 3,800 women-led businesses in India since 2008. The meticulously structured initiative builds strong strategic, financial, and operational capabilities, taught by world-class faculty. Modules provide practical frameworks for financial management, marketing, negotiation, and leadership, with a focus on fostering innovation and operational excellence. Applicants should be owners or co-owners of a venture, with business operational for at least one year, an annual turnover more than ₹30 lakhs, a minimum of 3 employees, and must not be a previous graduate of 10,000 Women.
